Our shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders received by noon on Tuesday will ship out in the same week. Orders will only ship out on Wednesday based on location.



RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase we ask that you contact us immediately of receiving your package, and we will do all that we can to rectify the situation.

Your satisfaction with our products and service is of the highest importance to us. If you have any questions or issues with an order, please reach out to us at info@pouchpies.com. 

We reserve the right to limit replacements and refunds. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided and those which are confirmed on the order invoice.

On the rare occasion that items arrive damaged or thawed please contact us at 770 380 8949 within 1 hour of receiving your package.

POUCH reserves the right to refuse replacement or refunding of items due to issues we deem to be a matter of personal taste.

Order Limitations

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, and we will contact customers if information appears incorrect - we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements and to make corrections if an error occurs. Please check all shipping addresses carefully. As we are shipping perishable goods we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if our delivery service has to reroute the cooler. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order. FedEx or UPS will not ship packages to a P.O Box number. Should you choose to pay via PayPal, any addresses entered on their site are not visible to us - POUCH will only ship to the address provided on our order system. It is our customers responsibility to ensure the information provided is correct. POUCH is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information that you have supplied to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day that it should be delivered.

Shipping

Any package refused before delivery is completed, will rule out any refund and is void of any further assistance from POUCH, as we are no longer able to confirm the order's condition at the point of arrival. In the rare event that a package is delayed, we asked that you wait to receive the delivery to verify it’s condition. Our packaging has been tested to last 2-3 days in transit and our team is well trained to pack the correct amount of dry ice and ice for the destination and Season. 

Shipping/packaging charges are non refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.

Your package may ship out via UPS or FedEx, even if one Carrier was available at Checkout. We reserve the right to select the Carrier that best allows us to get your order to you in the most efficient and fastest way possible. Your will receive the tracking number as soon as your package is ready to be shipped. If you have any issues please reach out to us.
